Etixx Beta Alanine Slow Release Tablets - Pack of 60

Acidification of muscle can occur in the absence of carnosine and is often a limiting factor when practicing sports at a very high intensity and with explosive efforts. Etixx Beta Alanine Slow Release also contains zinc, which contributes to a healthy acid-base balance and therefore helps regulate the pH of the blood and other body fluids. The slow release formulation ensures a progressive release of beta alanine.

Instructions for use: 4-6 tablets a day. It is recommended to spread the intake throughout the day (breakfast / lunch / dinner). Best results are obtained when using Beta Alanine Slow Release for a period of 8 weeks. This can be repeated with intervals of 4 weeks (e.g. use for 2 months, stop for 1 month, use for 2 months). If you have a specific sporting goal or event, it is advised to start the intake 8 weeks before.
