The Nike Free Flyknit 4.0 Running Shoes enable a more natural stride with its combination of an incredibly lightweight and supportive Flyknit upper, and super flexible, low-profile outsole.

The one-piece Flyknit upper is made completely from polyester yarn to provide ultra lightweight support and a contoured fit. Knit-in Flywire cables cradle the midfoot to increase cushioning and support.

Hexagonal flex grooves are hot-knife cut into the outsole and wrapped around the sidewall so your foot can move more naturally in all directions. Secondary cuts intersect the flex grooves to provide even greater flexibility.

The 6mm difference between heel and forefoot height gets your feet closer to the ground for a natural feel while also offering excellent cushioning and support. - A.D.
