What is RE:CHARGE?

RE:CHARGE is an advanced formula which includes over 17g of protein, 55g of carbohydrate and 1000 milligrams of electrolytes. Re:CHARGE also contains 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving and has zero grams of fat.

RE:CHARGE has a unique blend of carbohydrates and electrolytes found in RE:CHARGE which supports hydration during exercise and contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged exercise. Additionally, the premium protein blend will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. At Myprotein we believe that the various components of this product make it the ideal post-workout endurance formula.

Who is RE:CHARGE Suitable for?

RE:CHARGE is suitable for anyone looking get the most out of their training programme. We recommend taking this product immediately after exercise for optimum results.

'We are changing the name of this product to Energy ReCharge. Please note that the ingredients and nutritionals are the same and only the name of the product has changed.

The dietary choices of all our customers are extremely important to us. Whilst this product is manufactured using ingredients and processing aids suitable for the vegan diet, please note that dairy powders are also used within the same production facility and cross contamination may occur at very small levels.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

To reap the benefits of this product add 1 1/2 large scoops (50g) to 400-500ml of water in a Myprotein shaker after exercise. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise. ‡Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

    Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
